LABS

Seats in our interactive hands-on labs sell out fast, so please register as early as possible. Labs are $150 each. There are no discounts for labs.

Sometimes more labs are opened based on popularity, so please check the event website regularly for any changes. If you need to modify your registration, please email piworld@osisoft.com. Last minute sign-ups may be available on-site (depending on availability) until 24 hours before the scheduled lab time.

CANCELLATIONS

You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you email piworld@osisoft.com with notification by March 25, 2019. Cancellations received by March 11, 2019 will be charged a $175.00 cancellation fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel after March 11th or “no show” will be charged the full amount.

GUESTS

We want to make sure your guests have ample opportunity to explore the city of San Francisco during the day and enjoy our social events at night. This year, guests are invited to join three evening events: the Monday Meet & Greet Reception, Tuesday Offsite Event, Wednesday Expo Reception, and Thursday Geek Night Party. During registration, you have the option to purchase a “full guest pass” for $150 per person that would provide your guest(s) a badge to enter and participate in those evening events. No other guest meals are provided.
 
Tours are on your own. The concierge desk at each hotel (located in the lobby) is available to assist with restaurants, tours and other recommendations.

Eligibility for the Government Pricing will be verified. If selected in error, standard registration fee will be charged.
