| 3:30 PM - 4:15 PM | Roche: Monitoring a PI System with PI Based on the PI Interfaces for System Monitoring templates, we implemented a turn-key solution that can be used to monitor both hardware and software that is used in a complex PI System at Roche. The system allows us to provide instant feedback on the current as well as the historic state of the system, it automatically sends out alarms to support personnel, and it creates tickets in our IT ticketing system for any detected malfunction.
