Anne van der Molen has experience in the global high-tech IT/Telecom and Energy industry as business/product - developer and innovator. He is a matter expert and thought leader in telecoms and smart grids.

At Stedin he is engaged with strategy- and technology planning for Operational Technology/ grid digitalisation, chairman of the working group Flexibility and Storage of the Dutch Grid Operator Asssociation Netbeheer Nederland and member of the Technology Committee of the European Association of Distribution System Operators, E.DSO and part-time research fellow Digital Power Systems at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e),
